Vaccination Requirements

The following vaccination / medical treatments are required to attend any event, training class, daycare, or playgroup:

• Rabies – dogs must be 3 months of age to receive a Rabies vaccine, therefore it is not required for Puppy Pre-school class. 
• Distemper-Parvo Combo
• Leptospirosis
• Bordetella
• Heartworm test – (< 15 months old)
• Fecal

Important!

For the safety of all pets, proof of the required vaccinations / medical treatments must be provided to register for any class, workshop, or playgroup.
