Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We know life can get busy and plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment, just give us a call at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed altogether will incur a late cancellation fee.

Saturday appointments may have additional fees for late cancellations or missed visits.
